Pub1 are always looking for talented individuals and management couples who wish to work for themselves as self employed relief managers.

As a relief manager you chose when you work and for how long. Some of our managers enjoy a very good income from a shorter working year, chosing the time they work and where in the country they work. Pub1 covers the West Country from the M4 down to Lands End. But we do have managers across the country so please call where ever you are, we could help.

As a self employed relief manager you are introduced via Pub1 to our clients, all we ask is that you honour your contract to work the agreed period and invoice direct to the client.

All fee's are paid to you direct after the agreed period of cover including any agreed expenses, ie travelling etc. Also any shortfall in cash or stock is taken off your agreed fee as Pub1 do not hold bonds for our managers. 

Pub1 are always looking for:

Experienced, friendly and talented licensees both singles and couples, you must be qualified to at least BII Standard and hold a personal license. You must be willing to work as self employed, and be responsible for your own accounting and tax affairs.

As well as managers, Pub1 are looking for talented chefs of all grades to wish to work around the West Country covering holidays and staff sickness in a variety of establishments. Experience and a hygiene certificate are important.

'Security' Relief Managers...Pub1 often require people to 'sit' on a property for security purposes. Keeping the building secure at night and detering possible thieves from entering with your presence.
