At Pub1 we know the importance of security. We have an interest in looking after your investment in property. 

Pub1 has registered managers who can look after your property, whether closed or not 24 / 7. 

Our services:

• Property Security. Our experienced managers will look after your property, seeing to all fire precautions, locks and windows and in general keeping the property safe and secure. These guys can stay at the property detering possible thieves from entering.

• Pub1 can visit closed properties on a regular basis to keep an eye on things and report back to you or your property department.

• Pub1 can visit your properties in the event of closure to check on utilities, close off water pipes, gas and electricity services. This will cut down on possible damage and the need for expensive repair bills and insurance claims.

• Key Services. Pub1 can hold keys for property too far away from your office, we can show prospective tenants around, liase with business agents and help move the property on as soon as possible. We charge an hourly rate for this service and not a commission.
